INTRODUCTION OF ANTICWASTMATIC PREVENTION

They can no less react strongly to the same allergen or other of similar chemical composition, from a completely different source and in addition, getting to the body a completely different way. • it's good that you remove all the dustcovers from the apartment:
carpets, furniture with upholstery, curtains, curtains, plush toys,
• provide a room that is easy to clean,
• do not use a mop in the apartment, because it is a mite's habitat,
• wipe the dust from the shelves wet, then dry, so that molds do not multiply,
• do not use furniture brighteners in the apartment,
• bed curtains (in the bedroom can not be suspended) once every two weeks,
• maintain proper ventilation of the apartment, low humidity and moderate room temperature (dust mites die in humidity below 50%, at a temperature of 18 "C),
• bed for an allergic person - wooden with a synthetic mattress (mattress with sea grass, linen, cotton can be sensitized), mattress with a cover made of antiallergic fabric; the mattress systematically flips,
• do not use pillows and quilts from feathers or down, put the sheets on the sun and frost (mites then die), change it once a week and wash at a temperature above 55 "C, not starch bedding,
• iron clothes that can not be washed at temperatures above 40 "C,
• use air cleaners,
• do not use fans, air-conditioning, heaters (exhaust air),
• avoid ornamental plants in the apartment.

STEP 4
- ORGANISM DETOXISATION
We encourage you to cleanse your body of allergenic and toxic substances with herbs. Herbal detoxification is completely safe for health, provided that it is carried out under the guidance of an experienced phytotherapist who knows the allergenic effect of herbs.

PRECIOUS WARNING:
If you have been diagnosed with allergy to weeds (the word weed is synonymous with herbs!); or you suspect that you are allergic to herbs - do not take the prescribed formula. 1. The following mixture is good for detoxifying the body:
Composition of 1 mixture:
50 g root torment, 25 g dio root, 25 g nettle leaf, 25 g yarrow herb, 15 g birch leaf, 15 g lanceolate leaf, St. John's wort 15 g. The above mixture should be used for 2 months.
Making the infusion:
1,5 tablespoons of this mixture (mix all the herbs together) pour boiling water in a 3/4 liter thermos flask. After half an hour, the brew is ready to drink - we drink it before eating - 3 times a day, 1/3 of the capacity of this thermos.
2. After drinking the above 1 mixture for one week, drink tea with chamomile and nettle leaf.
Composition of 2 mixtures:
Chamomile flower 50g
Nettle leaf 50 g
Making the infusion:
We pour the teaspoon of this mixture in a glass of boiling water; we drink this ratio three times a day before eating
3. After drinking the above 2 mixture for three weeks drink infusion of the following herbs to strengthen the blood vessels:
Horsetail 50 g
Bird knotweed 50 g
Yarrow herb 50 g
Mint leaves 50 g
Making decoction
2 tablespoons of the mixture, boil 15 minutes in ½ liter of water (2 glasses). Then drain and drink this amount during the day (you can pour into a thermos and drink hot before eating)]
FINAL REMARK:
Take into account the allergic threat from herbs to allergy sufferers! When drinking any mixture in the event of symptoms such as: significant deterioration of well-being, including the sensation of weakness, headache, abdominal pain, urticaria, rash, drop in blood pressure - the herbs should be left immediately.
WARNING! If you have strong intolerance to herbs, the diet itself will effectively fulfill the detoxification role. Then, detoxification will be slower, but effects in the form of strengthening the immune system will also be visible. This diet should contain natural products, without chemical additives preservatives, dyes, improvers, weight complements etc. If possible for your household budget - use organic products.
