Non-seasonal allergic rhinitis is an acute and chronic allergic disease. This type of allergy is characterized by symptoms of sneezing attacks in the form of volleys of varying severity, abundant transparent secretion and a feeling of nasal obstruction, in response to inhalation allergens, causing symptoms throughout the year.
The cause of non-seasonal allergic rhinitis is most often:
house dust,
molds,
cuticles and animal secretions,
mites,
feathers.
House dust is a collection of particles, e.g. dust.
It comes from the outside in the form of pollen, dried particles of food, mold spores, parts of insects, their secretions and excretions, shreds of fabrics or synthetic fibers, powders, powders, hair, peeled human skin.
molds
Molds causing non-seasonal rhinitis are other species than those that are pathogens of seasonal allergy. They can grow on bread, vegetables and other spoiled food (cakes, fruit, meat), as well as on walls, ceramic tiles, wallpaper, furniture, bedding (especially on foam foam pads), fabrics, potted flowers, old books, and even on humidifiers and air-conditioning devices. Some mold species can be found in cement, wallpaper adhesives, paints and metal particles. Dark, damp rooms, rarely aired, are an ideal place for their development. Allergic rhinitis can occur after eating food containing molds such as buttermilk, cream, especially moldy cheese, bread, cakes, beets, tomatoes, sauerkraut, olives, mushrooms, dried fruits, marinades, ketchup, mayonnaise, and smoked fish.
Mites and their secretions
They are small organisms belonging to arachnids. they feed on exfoliated cells of human and animal skin. Excellent conditions for their development occur in places where people spend more time, eg bedding, upholstering furniture, beds, clothes. It is estimated that there are about two million mites in an average double bed. Because they are small particles that easily float in the air, a large accumulation occurs in carpets, linings, curtains, from where it is difficult to remove them.
Animal allergens
Skin cells, saliva and urine have an allergic effect. The animal most often causing sensitization is a cat, in the second place there is a dog. Other allergenic animals include horse, hamster, guinea pig, mouse, rat, rabbit and birds. Fish, turtles and snakes are safe in breeding, although their food can be highly allergenic. According to estimates, as much as 10% of the population is exposed to complaints related to allergy to animal dander, and 15-30% of all allergy sufferers may be allergic to cat and dog fur. Hair and exfoliated epidermis are not the only significant allergens, saliva and urine are stronger. These dried body fluids crumble and float. In this way, contact with the owner of the animal can cause allergy symptoms in people who are allergic, although not in direct contact with the animal.
Cats are more sensitive than dogs
Saliva, which cats abundantly coat in the so-called. washing - it dries up and crumbles. One of the most dangerous allergens from cats is the protein substance Fel dI, secreted by their sebaceous glands. Weekly baths reduce, and in many cases completely inhibit its production.
The next animal in the most-allergenic order is the horse
We do not often feel the strength of its allergens, because contact with this animal is now rare in large urban centers.Allergy to dogs is common due to their large numbers in human centers. There are no dog breeds less sensitizing, they can only produce less saliva and less intensively exfoliate the skin (long-haired breed).
Symptoms of non-seasonal allergic rhinitis
Symptoms of non-seasonal allergic rhinitis are the same as for seasonal failure.
The difference lies in the fact that the symptoms also occur in the non-characteristic period for seasonal allergies, i.e. at night, in the morning and in the autumn and winter period. In practice, they can last for a whole year and imitate stuck colds, runny nose, upper respiratory tract.

PROPHYLAXIS OF NESEZON ALLERGIC NOSE
Hypoallergenic conditions in the flat People allergic to molds should take care that their apartments are dry, regularly cleaned and ventilated. Particular care should be taken in rooms that are usually dark and damp, such as attic, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, drying room; air humidifiers used should be ultrasonic and easily disassembled for frequent cleaning and disinfection.
Here is a list of the preferred hygienic recommendations in allergy homes:
♦ in the homes of people allergic to molds it is not recommended to grow flowers and set up aquariums,
♦ dust is impossible to completely remove, but you can eliminate it from rooms where you spend the most time like a bedroom, children's playroom, living room,
♦ remove carpets, curtains, curtains, books, potted flowers, as well as decorating the room with small items or paintings,
♦ child's bedding should be made of feathers only from anilana,
♦ it is good that the furniture is made of wood or plastic, which is easier to remove dust,
♦ routine cleaning should be routine, but the dust should be picked up with a damp cloth,
♦ the use of traditional vacuum cleaners is not recommended because they scatter dust - vacuum cleaners with a water filter are recommended,
♦ in the case when we decide to leave the curtains and curtains in the rooms, they should be washed once a week in hot water, because cold or summer water may not remove the mites,
♦ a child allergic to mites should not participate in cleaning and even stay at home at the time. Maybe, however, do other housework like washing, ironing, washing dishes, etc.,
♦ frequently used clothes should be in vinyl bags with zip fasteners,
♦ it is recommended to use mechanical or electrostatic air filters, or portable filters,
♦ washing the equipment and eg a rug in the bedroom with 3% tannin, which inactivates mite allergens - it protects it for up to 2 months,
♦ carpets can also be sprayed with Acarosan or RID aerosol solution, which works for several months,
♦ Leave the curtains in the same position so as not to scatter dust.
Allergy and his family and domestic animals
People with a tendency to inhalation allergy should not decide to buy an animal, because this allergy can only be revealed after a few weeks or months when everyone (and especially children) becomes attached to a new household member
If we already have a pet at home and the allergy tolerates its presence - then:
♦ the ban on placing the animal in the bedroom should be obeyed - this reduces the contact with animal allergens about a thousandfold,
♦ it is necessary to remove curtains, bedspreads, carpets, floor coverings from the bedrooms, that is all places where allergens accumulate,
♦ the animal should be bathed and brushed frequently,
♦ combing should be done away from home and should not be done by a sensitized person.
