Instructions for calculating the result:
Add a score from each position 1-5 (total possible score = 25).
Classification of severity of erectile dysfunction: Total score 5-10 (serious); 11-15 (moderate); 16-20 (light); 21-25 (normal state). You can count the total score from 5 items and use it to classify the severity of the disorder.
Note: Only those who were sexually active and attempted sexual intercourse during the last 3 months should answer the above questions. Persons who are not sexually active may complete this questionnaire for the last period of time (3 months or longer) in which they were sexually active.
