Composition:
1 tabl contains 25 mg of mesterolone; drug contains lactose.
Action:
Steroid hormone with androgenic activity. The drug supplements the deficiency of male sex hormones - androgens, the concentration of which gradually decreases with age. When used in the recommended doses, it does not cause spermatogenesis. When given orally, it reaches Cmax after 1.6 ± 0.6 h. Bioavailability is 3%. It is 98% bound to plasma proteins. It is rapidly metabolised and excreted mainly in the urine (80%) in the form of metabolites. T0,5 is 12-13 hours.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to mesterolone or any of the excipients. Prostate cancer. Past or existing liver cancer.
Precautions:
Use only in men. Do not use in healthy people to develop muscle or increase physical performance. Regular testing of the prostate gland is recommended.
