indications:
Treatment of symptoms and symptoms (pain, burning, pruritus, vaginal discharge, redness, swelling) in the course of vulvovaginitis, vaginitis or cervical inflammation of various origins, also after chemo-and radiotherapy, in pre- and postoperative prevention in gynecology and in puerperium.
Preparation for topical use with anti-inflammatory, analgesic, local anesthetic and antiseptic properties. It reduces changes in vessels caused by stimulated, adherent or moving leukocytes. Has stabilizing effects on cell membranes. It reduces capillary permeability, which is responsible for the anti-oedematous effect. It penetrates well through the skin and mucous membranes, accumulating in inflamed tissues. Minimally absorbed into the systemic circulation.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to the components of the preparation.
Precautions:
Pregnancy and lactation:
There are no contraindications to the topical use of benzydamine during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Side effects:
Very rare: burning sensation of the vaginal mucosa, photoallergic rash, urticaria. Prolonged use may cause an allergic reaction.
Dosage:
Locally. Vaginal, vaginal and cervical inflammation, pre- and post-operative prophylaxis in gynecology: rinse the vagina with a solution 1-2 times a day. Vulva and puerperitis: externally used to wash the crotch 1-2 times a day. The duration of treatment is at least 3 days, without medical consultation, up to 7 days. Dissolve the contents of the sachet in 0.5 l of boiled and cooled water.
