The preparation contains a lysate of bacteria that most often cause respiratory tract infections. In animal studies, it has been shown that the formulation increases resistance to experimentally induced infections, stimulation of macrophages and B lymphocytes, as well as increased secretion of immunoglobulins by respiratory mucosa cells. In humans, an increase in the number of circulating T lymphocytes, an increase in the concentration of IgA in saliva, an increase in the specific response to polyclonal mitogens and in the reaction of mixed lymphocytes has been demonstrated.
