indications:
As an analgesic and anti-inflammatory in injuries to tendons, ligaments, muscles and joints; bruises and in rheumatic ailments (non-articular rheumatism).
Composition:
1 g of gel contains 10 mg of Diclofenac sodium.
Action:
An aminophenylacetic acid derivative with anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties. Used externally (on the skin) - relieves pain, reduces swelling, reduces inflammation. The gel form of the drug facilitates absorption, it should be taken into account that about 6% of the dose penetrates the skin and is absorbed into the blood. After being absorbed in 99%, it is bound to plasma proteins, it is metabolized in the liver to 4 metabolites, of which 4'-hydroxy derivatives have high anti-inflammatory and analgesic activity; metabolites in the form of glucuronides and sulphates are excreted in the urine (approximately 65%) and bile (approximately 35%). T0,5 in the blood is 1-2 hours.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to Diclofenac, Acetylsalicylic acid, other NSAIDs or to the rest of the preparation (especially propylene glycol and isopropyl alcohol). Do not use: on damaged skin, skin lesions or wounds; long-lasting and large surfaces; in the form of an occlusive dressing; during pregnancy and breastfeeding; in children.

Side effects:
The drug is generally well tolerated, however, local reactions may occur: skin redness, erythema, pruritus. In the case of long-term use on large areas of the skin or open wounds, you may experience symptoms like systemic use of diclofenac: gastrointestinal disorders: gastrointestinal discomfort, activation of peptic ulcer disease.
Dosage:
Adults: coat the skin over the aching area with a thin layer of gel and rub in gently; repeat the treatment 2-4 times a day. Avoid contact of the gel with eyes and mucous membranes.
