Thrombophlebitis, superficial venous thrombi, post-traumatic haematomas, contusions, rupture of tendons and ligaments.
Composition:
1 g of Ointment contains heparinide in an amount corresponding to 100 IU. Heparin and 150 IU hyaluronidase.
Action:
Two-component preparation. Heparinazole prolongs the clotting time locally and has anti-inflammatory, thrombolytic and anti-exhalation properties. Hyaluronidase is a protein enzyme that increases the permeability of connective tissue by hydrolysis of hyaluronic acid, facilitates resorption, reduces swelling and exudation. After topical application, the coagulation time of calcified plasma and thrombin time were significantly prolonged. The occurrence of an anticoagulant effect was found about two hours after the administration of the ointment.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug. Open or infected wounds. Damaged skin, sores. Do not use on large skin surfaces.
Precautions:
The patient should be informed about the need to report spontaneous bruising, extensive bruising of the lower limbs and recurrent bruising and bruising after minor injuries. Protect eyes and mucous membranes against contact with the preparation.
Pregnancy and lactation:
Caution should be exercised when prescribing to pregnant women.
Side effects:
Skin allergic reactions may occur.
Dosage:
Locally. Apply the ointment 2-3 times a day to the surface of unbroken skin in places affected by the injury. In venous and varicose veins, ointment 2-3 times daily is recommended or rubbed in the direction of the blood flow.
