Composition:
1 ml of solution contains 20 mg of sodium cromoglycate.
Action:
Antiallergic preparation for local use, without preservatives, dosed by the COMOD system. Sodium cromoglycate stabilizes the cell membrane of mast cells subjected to antigens and thus prevents their degranulation and the release of various mediators of inflammatory reactions, which are biologically active molecules. It is also a Calcium antagonist, blocks the immunoglobulin E receptor linked to the calcium channel and thereby blocks the flow of calcium into the cell, normally taking place after IgE binding.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.

The safety of the medicine in children under 4 years has not been established. An ophthalmologist should determine whether contact lenses can be used despite the occurrence of allergic eye inflammation. If confirmation is obtained, contact lenses should be removed prior to instillation, the drug should be instilled and the lenses should be replaced again after 15 minutes.
Pregnancy and lactation:
There are no data on the effect of the drug on the fetus. It should not be used during the first trimester of pregnancy and it is not recommended during pregnancy and breast-feeding.
