Composition:
1 tabl Effervescent contains 500 mg of Paracetamol and 300 mg of ascorbic acid. In addition, the preparation contains 15 mg aspartame, 167 mg sodium.
Action:
A preparation with analgesic and antipyretic effect. Paracetamol by inhibiting the activity of arachidonic acid cyclooxygenase inhibits the synthesis of prostaglandins in o.u.n., resulting in an increase in the pain threshold. The reduction in the concentration of prostaglandins in the hypothalamus causes antipyretic effects. Quickly and almost completely absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract. Cmaxin blood reaches after about 1 hour. T0,5 is 2-4 h. Painkiller duration is 4-6 h and antipyretic 6-8 h. Metabolized in the liver, excreted through the kidneys. Vitamin C exerts a stimulating effect on the body's immune processes. The maximum concentration in the blood reaches after 2-3 h.
