1 tabl contains 300 mg of Acetylsalicylic acid, 100 mg of Paracetamol and 50 mg of caffeine.

A drug with combined action of ingredients. The Acetylsalicylic acid contained in the preparation has analgesic, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects - mainly by inhibiting the release and biosynthesis of prostaglandins from unsaturated fatty acids; reduces platelet aggregation in the blood by blocking the release of adenosine diphosphoric acid and thromboxane A2 from platelets, reduces blood clotting. It absorbs quickly and almost completely from the gastrointestinal tract: from the stomach at a rate of pH-dependent content, and to a lesser extent from the intestines. It connects with plasma albumin at 50-90%. Easily penetrates into tissues, into breast milk and through the placenta barrier. It is metabolised in the liver (mitochondria and endoplasmic reticulum) and in other tissues, excreted mainly as metabolites (in 75% as salicylic acid) and in the urine in free form. T_0,5 is 2-4 h. Paracetamol is analgesic, antipyretic - mainly by inhibiting the activity of prostaglandin cyclooxygenase at o.u.n. Well absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract, the maximum concentration in the blood reaches after about 30-60 min, penetrates into body fluids and internal organs, in about 25% bound to plasma proteins. T_0,5 is about 3-4 h. It is metabolised in the liver, induces microsomal enzymes there, excreted in the urine in the form of glucuronides, sulphates. The Caffeine contained in the preparation is well absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract, it is metabolized in the liver, metabolites are excreted in the urine. It may show stimulating vegetative centers: respiratory, vasomotor and vagus nerve, endure fatigue and improve well-being. The preparation combines the anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic effects of acetylsalicylic acid and paracetamol with the effect of caffeine - stimulating and improving well-being.

Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug or other drugs that inhibit the synthesis of prostaglandins; peptic ulcer of the stomach and / or duodenum, inflammation and bleeding from the gastrointestinal tract, anemia, haemorrhagic diathesis and blood coagulation disorders, heavy menstrual bleeding, G-6-PD deficiency, severe liver or kidney dysfunction; III trimester of pregnancy, children under 12 years of age. Use carefully in allergic diseases, bronchial asthma, nasal polyps, impaired liver or kidney function, hypertension, states of nervous excitability, heart failure, during the first and second trimester of pregnancy and breastfeeding, in women with intrauterine insole with contraception. Carefully used in children (over 12 years of age) due to the caffeine content. Do not use in children and adolescents in the course of chickenpox or influenza due to the risk of Reye's syndrome.

During treatment may occur: increased sweating, tinnitus, nausea, vomiting, dyspeptic ailments, diarrhea, dizziness, skin changes in the form of erythema or urticaria, gastrointestinal bleeding, exacerbation (recurrence) of peptic ulcer disease, blood coagulation disorders, increased menstrual bleeding, nosebleeds, worsening of asthma attacks. At higher doses or long-term use: impaired liver and / or kidney function, hypoglycaemia. In some, the drug may cause changes in the morphological image of the blood: decrease in the number of platelets (with symptoms of thrombocytopenic purpura), methemoglobinemia, neutropenia, leukopenia, agranulocytosis. In rare cases, the acetylsalicylic acid contained in the preparation may cause visual and hearing impairment. With systematic abuse of the drug - sleep disorders, concentration, consolidation of headaches, shaking hands, palpitations (due to the caffeine content).

Adults: 1-2 tabl. up to 3 times a day; children over 12 years of age: 1 / 2-1 tabl. up to 3 times a day. Use temporarily in case of pain.
