Increased body temperature. Symptomatic treatment of weak to moderate pain, headache, teeth, joints, muscles, menstrual cramps, neuralgia.
Composition:
1 tablet contains 500 mg of paracetamol.
Action:
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to Paracetamol or to any of the excipients. Severe hepatic or renal failure, alcoholism. Concomitant use of the preparation with MAO inhibitors and within 2 weeks after the end of treatment with MAO inhibitors. Do not use in children under 12 years.

Pregnancy and lactation:
Paracetamol should be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding in case of extreme necessity. Epidemiological studies conducted among pregnant women showed no adverse effects paracetamol administered at the recommended doses. Paracetamol is excreted in breast milk in amounts that are not clinically relevant.
Side effects:
Common: nausea, vomiting. Uncommon: constipation. Rare: hypersensitivity reactions requiring treatment discontinuation. Very rare: thrombocytopenia and agranulocytosis, shortness of breath, bronchospasm, erythema, renal colic, necrosis, renal papilla, acute renal failure, redness of the skin, rash, urticaria, angioneurotic edema, excessive sweating, low blood pressure up to shock symptoms, anaphylactic reactions ( regardless of the dose).
Dosage:
Orally. Adults and children over 12 years (> 40 kg): 1 tablet or 2 tables 1-3 times a day. Do not administer more than 4 times a day. In patients with hepatic or renal failure or Gilbert's syndrome, the dose must be reduced or the intervals between doses should be prolonged.
