Action:
The drug against the symptoms of colds and flu with the combined action of ingredients. Paracetamol has an analgesic and antipyretic effect, mainly by inhibiting the activity of prostaglandin cyclooxygenase at o.u.n. Well absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract, the maximum concentration in the blood reaches after about 60 min, penetrates into body fluids and internal organs, in about 25% bound to plasma proteins. T0,5 it is 3-4 hours. It is metabolized in the liver, excreted in the urine in the form of glucuronides, sulphates and in the form conjugated with cysteine. Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride shrinks blood vessels, reduces congestion of the nasal mucosa, making breathing easier. Chlororfenramine maleate has antihistamine and cholinolytic activity, it alleviates symptoms of rhinitis (runny nose and sneezing) in the course of colds and flu.
Contraindications:

Precautions:
Caution use in patients with upper respiratory tract disorders: emphysema, chronic bronchitis; glaucoma, hypertrophy of the prostate gland, heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, hyperthyroidism. Caution should be exercised in patients receiving sedation. Patients with liver disease or infections affecting liver function (such as viral hepatitis) should consult a physician before taking paracetamol. For these patients, especially patients with pre-existing liver disease, when taking high doses or long-term treatment with paracetamol, liver function tests should be performed at regular intervals. Patients with hepatic impairment (Child-Pugh <9) should use paracetamol with caution. In people who abuse alcohol, paracetamol even at low doses poses a risk of liver damage. In renal failure, congenital hyperbilirubinemia (Gilbert's syndrome), the drug should be used with caution, reducing the dose or extending the intervals between doses.
Pregnancy and lactation:
The drug should not be used during pregnancy, especially in its first trimester. Paracetamol passes through the placenta and into the breast milk of women who are breastfeeding in concentrations corresponding to the woman's blood levels. Therefore, the preparation should not be used during breast-feeding.
