Action:
Antihistamine, a competitive antagonist of H-receptors1. It inhibits the histamine extension and the increase in capillary permeability and contraction of the smooth muscle of the blood vessels, gastrointestinal tract and respiratory tract. It acts anti-pruritus, relieves swelling and urticaria and symptoms of allergic rhinitis. It also has a cholinolytic effect and inhibits the activity o.u.n. Klemastyna is quickly and almost completely absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract. It is metabolized in the liver and excreted in the urine, mainly in the form of metabolites. The onset of action occurs after about 2 hours and lasts for 12-24 hours.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to klemastine, other drugs with a similar chemical structure (e.g., chlorpheniramine, diphenhydramine) or to any of the excipients of the preparation. Do not use during treatment with MAO inhibitors. Do not use in children in 1 year.
Precautions:

Pregnancy and lactation:

Side effects:
