Supportive therapy in anaphylactic shock and angioneurotic edema. Preventively before surgery that can trigger the release of histamine.

Dosage:
In anaphylactic shock and angioneurotic edema: intravenously or intramuscularly 2 ml (1 amp.) 2 times daily. Preventively before the procedure that can trigger the release of histamine: 2 ml intravenously just before the procedure. Before intravenous administration, dilute the ampoule with 0.9% NaCl solution or 5% Glucose solution (1: 5) and inject slowly over 2-3 minutes.
