After repeated administration of clindamycin to the skin at a concentration corresponding to 10 mg / ml clindamycin in isopropyl alcohol and aqueous solution, a very low content of clindamycin in plasma (0-3 mg / ml) was observed and less than 0.2% of the dose of clindamycin was detected in the urine.
