1 g of gel contains 20 mg of Erythromycin and 0.5 mg of isotretinoin.
Action:
Anti-acne preparation with local antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects. Erythromycin - a macrolide antibiotic - has a bacteriostatic effect on most Gram-positive and some Gram-negative bacteria, includingStaphylococcus epidermidis andPropionibacterium acnes, bacteria considered to be one of the causes of acne vulgaris. Isotretinoin is a derivative of vitamin A from the group of retinoids. It stimulates the renewal of the epidermis, reduces excessive keratosis and the production of sebum. Used in acne, it softens open and closed comedones, facilitates their removal and inhibits the formation of new ones, clears the outflow of sebaceous glands, and reduces inflammation. The therapeutic effect of the preparation usually occurs after 6-8 weeks.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to macrolide antibiotics, isotretinoin or other ingredients. Women planning pregnancy. Pregnancy and breastfeeding. Children. Do not use in acute eczema, rosacea and acute inflammation, especially around the mouth. Carefully apply to particularly sensitive skin, eg on the neck.

Pregnancy and lactation:
It should not be used during pregnancy and in women planning pregnancy. Treatment should be stopped for one cycle before the planned pregnancy. Do not use the drug during breast-feeding.
Side effects:
Burning, flaking and redness of the skin may occur in the first weeks of treatment; if these symptoms last longer, the gel should be used less frequently or left to stand for a few days. Increased sensitivity to UV radiation has been reported. Rarely, folliculitis may occur with long-term use.
Dosage:
A small amount of the gel is applied 1-2 times a day to the affected skin. The treatment lasts about 6-8 weeks.
