Composition:

Action:
A drug from the group of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. It has anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic properties by inhibiting prostaglandin cyclooxygenase. The addition of lysine increases the solubility of ibuprofen in water and accelerates the absorption of the drug from the gastrointestinal tract. After oral administration, the drug is absorbed quickly and completely, reaching a maximum concentration in the blood after about 35 minutes. About 99% is bound to plasma proteins. It is metabolised in the liver to inactive metabolites. T0,5 It is 1.8-3.5 hours. It is excreted in the form of metabolites mainly in the urine (90%) and in a small amount in the bile.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to the preparation ingredients and other NSAIDs. Previous asthma, rhinitis or urticaria - after Acetylsalicylic acid or other NSAIDs. Active or peptic ulcer of the stomach and / or duodenum. Blood coagulation disorders. Third trimester of pregnancy. The preparation is not indicated for use in children up to 12 years of age.
Precautions:
In patients with porphyria, systemic lupus erythematosus, or mixed connective tissue disease, the benefit-risk ratio should be considered before taking the medicine. Dosage:
