Action:
A non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (included in profes - derivatives of arylpropionic acids) with a strong anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic effect. It inhibits the synthesis of prostaglandins and the release of lysosomal enzymes, has antiradkinin activity and inhibits the migration of macrophages. By increasing capillary permeability and reducing macrophage migration (e.g., synovium, exudate), it has activity in the early vascular and late phase of cellular inflammation. It inhibits platelet aggregation. It is rapidly absorbed after intramuscular administration, reaching a maximum concentration in the blood after about 20-30 minutes. It is 99% bound to plasma proteins, penetrates into fluids, tissues (including synovial fluid, where it reaches a higher concentration than in plasma) and through the placental barrier. Inactivated in the body by conjugation with glucuronic acid and to a small extent by hydroxylation. Excreted in 65-75% as glucuronide and in 1% in unchanged form by the kidneys. T0,5 It is 1.2 h. After 6 h, approximately 50% of the administered dose passes into the urine. In the elderly, slower drug metabolism, prolonged half-life and elimination are observed.

It lowers psychomotor efficiency and lengthens the reaction time.
