The preparation is used traditionally in mild nervous tension and as a supportive measure in periodic difficulties with falling asleep.
Composition:
1 capsule contains: 250 mg of dry valerian root extract (3-6: 1), 50 mg of dry extract of lemon balm herb (6-8: 1), 80 mg of Magnesium oxide and 5 mg of vitamin B6.
Action:
The effectiveness of the preparation is based only on long-term use and experience. Preparation with sedative effect.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to the components of the preparation. Severe renal failure (creatinine clearance <30 ml / min). Hypermagnesaemia, heart block,myasthenia gravis.
Precautions:
Due to the lack of data, it is not recommended for children under 12 years of age.
Pregnancy and lactation:
Do not use during pregnancy and during breastfeeding, due to the lack of data on the safety of use.
Side effects:
There may be gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, abdominal pain and diarrhea.
Dosage:
Orally. Adults: 2 capsules 2-3 times a day. Up to 6 capsules a day. In difficulty falling asleep: 2 capsules 30-60 minutes before bedtime.
