The preparation is used traditionally as an auxiliary agent in irritated throat, dry and tiring cough, and helpfully in upper respiratory tract infections, i.e. inflammation of the mouth, throat and cold.
Composition:
100 g of syrup contains 10 g of onion sauce, 2 g of garlic extract. 1 ml of the preparation has bacteriostatic activity not less than 20 I.U. The preparation contains purified honey and ethanol, 4-6%.
Action:
The effectiveness of the preparation is based only on long-term use and experience. The syrup has a protective effect on the mucous membranes of the mouth and throat. It also shows very weak bacteriostatic activity in relation to Gram-positive bacteria (at 20 I.U./ml level). In addition, it contains purified linden honey, which soothes the taste and smell of garlic and onions.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to the components of the preparation. Allergy to honey and bee products.
Precautions:
It should not be used in children under the age of 6 years. The drug contains approx. 4-6% (v / v) ethanol (alcohol), i.e. 0.3 ml per dose of 5 ml, which is equivalent to 6 ml of beer or 2.5 ml of wine per dose; up to 0.6 ml per 10 ml dose, which is equivalent to 12 ml of beer or 5 ml of wine per dose; harmful for people with alcoholism. It should be taken into account when using pregnant or breast-feeding women, children and people at high risk, such as patients with liver disease or epilepsy. The honey contained in the syrup contains simple sugars, mainly Glucose and fructose. Patients with rare hereditary disorders associated with fructose intolerance, glucose malabsorption, galactose or sucrase-isomaltase deficiency should not take the preparation.
Pregnancy and lactation:
Due to the lack of sufficient data, it is not recommended to use the product during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Orally. Children 6-13 years: 5 ml 3-4 times a day. Adolescents from 13 years and adults: 10 ml 3-4 times a day. The syrup should be dispensed using the measuring cup included in the package. If symptoms worsen or do not improve after 7 days, another treatment is recommended.
