Composition:
1 g of cream contains 50 mg of Dexpanthenol and 5 mg of Chlorhexidine hydrochloride. The preparation contains cetyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol and lanolin.
Action:
A preparation that supports wound healing. Dexpanthenol is converted into pantothenic acid after application to the skin, which plays an important role in the structure of the skin and its regeneration during wound healing. Chlorchexidine has a disinfecting effect. It works on Gram-positive bacteria, including sensitive strainsStaphylococcus aureus; less on Gram-negative bacteria; does not work onPseudomonas andProteus.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to the active substances or to any of the excipients. Do not use if the eardrum is broken.
Precautions:
Do not use the product on large, deep and infected wounds and on skin irritations that are not susceptible to infection (eg sunburn). Avoid contact of the preparation with eyes, ears and mucous membranes. The preparation contains cetyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol and lanolin, which can cause local skin reactions (eg contact dermatitis). The drug should not be used for skin irritations that are not susceptible to infection, eg sunburn (in such situations, it is recommended to use Bepanthen cream or ointment).
Pregnancy and lactation:
The preparation can be used during pregnancy and during breastfeeding only after being prescribed by a doctor. Large areas of the skin should be avoided in pregnant and breastfeeding women. When using breast-feeding nipples, it is necessary to clean the nipples before breastfeeding.
Side effects:

Dosage:
Locally, on the skin. Apply the product several times a day, depending on the needs, on cleaned wounds or places covered by inflammation. It is not necessary to use a dressing. Avoid use on large areas of the skin.
