Adjunctive treatment of hyperacidity of stomach contents, chronic cholecystitis, cholelithiasis.
Composition:
1 tabl Effervescent contains 600 mg of Vichy artificial salt, including: 498.0 mg of sodium bicarbonate, 45.0 mg of sodium chloride, 12.0 mg of anhydrous sodium hydrogen phosphate, 24.0 mg of anhydrous sodium sulphate, 21.0 mg of potassium hydrogen carbonate.
Action:
A mixture of alkaline salts with antacid in the stomach and increasing the alkaline reserve of blood. It acts cholagogic and cholagogic, prevents the formation of gallstones. It is well absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract. It excreted in the urine.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to the components of the preparation. Inflammation of the urinary tract, renal pelvis and bladder.
Precautions:
Carefully use in patients on a low sodium diet and in patients with diabetes. Patients with rare hereditary disorders associated with fructose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption or sucrase-isomaltase deficiency should not take the preparation.
Pregnancy and lactation:
During pregnancy and breast-feeding, the drug can only be used if the anticipated benefits to the mother outweigh the potential risk to the fetus.
Side effects:
Frequent use of high doses of salt causes constant alkalization of urine. Due to the sodium content it can cause high blood pressure.
Dosage:
Oral: 1-2 tabl. 3 times a day. Dissolve the tablet in a glass of boiled hot water before taking a meal.
