Symptomatic treatment of constipation in adults and children from 8 years. Before starting treatment, the doctor should determine whether the cause of constipation is not organic. The preparation should be only temporary auxiliary treatment in addition to the treatment of constipation with a suitable lifestyle and diet. Children should not be used for more than 3 months. If, despite the use of the diet, the symptoms persist, the cause should be detected and appropriate treatment implemented.

Patients with hereditary fructose intolerance should not take the preparation. Due to the sulfur dioxide content, severe hypersensitivity reaction and bronchospasm may occur. In the case of diarrhea, in patients prone to disorders of water and electrolyte management (eg elderly patients, with liver or kidney failure or using diuretics), the electrolyte concentration should be monitored.
