Composition:

Action:
The product is intended for total parenteral nutrition containing amino acids, carbohydrates and electrolytes.
Contraindications:
Acute shock, congenital amino acid metabolism disorders, irreversible liver damage, severe uremia without the possibility of dialysis. Do not give to infants and children up to 24 months of age Cautiously administered to patients with heart failure, kidneys, impaired amino acid metabolism or liver dysfunction.

Side effects:
Nausea and vomiting were occasionally observed. In the case of too rapid infusion an osmotic diuresis may occur due to the high osmolarity of the preparation.
Dosage:
Individually, by continuous intravenous infusion (into the vena cava) at a maximum speed of 1.4 ml (28 drops) / kg m.c./h. The maximum dose is 25 ml / kg m / day. Adults and children from 3 yo: usually 1000-1500 ml / day. Lower doses are given in liver failure.
