indications:
Basic immunization against diphtheria, tetanus and pertussis.
Composition:
0.5 ml (1 dose) contains diphtheria toxin not less than 30 IU. (25 Lf), tetanus toxoid not less than 40 IU. (7 Lf) and 40 μg pertussis anatoxin.
Action:
Vaccine against diphtheria, tetanus and pertussis. The body produces antibodies against all the antigens that make up the vaccine in a very short time. The protective level of antibodies against diphtheria and tetanus is achieved from one to two weeks after the second dose. After the first booster dose, protection against diphtheria and tetanus is estimated at approximately 10 years.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to the components of the vaccine. Progressive neurological diseases. Post-vaccination reactions: hypotonic-hyporesponsive reactions after previous administration of pertussis vaccine, fever above 40.5 degrees. without an identified cause, uninterrupted crying lasting longer than 3 hours within 48 hours of vaccination, convulsions with or without fever within 3 days after vaccination.
Precautions:
Vaccination should be postponed in the event of an acute febrile illness. In immunocompromised children, a sufficient immune response may not be obtained.

Side effects:
Common: fever above 38 degrees, irritability, sleep disturbances, loss of appetite, redness and swelling at the injection site. Rare: redness and swelling of more than 6 cm in diameter at the injection site. Very rare: fever above 40 degrees, convulsions with fever, granuloma or sterile abscess at the injection site.
Dosage:
Intramuscularly. Primary vaccination series, which can be started at the earliest in children in 2 months of age It consists of two or three doses of 0.5 ml administered 1-2 months apart, in accordance with the recommendations of the vaccination calendar.
