Diseases of the nervous system of various etiologies, i.e. neuritis, neuralgia, polyneuropathies (including diabetic, alcohol), small, radicular syndrome, retrobulbar optic neuritis, shingles, facial nerve palsy and as a strengthening preparation.
Composition:
1 amp. (2 ml) contains 100 mg of thiamine hydrochloride, 100 mg of Pyridoxine hydrochloride, 1 mg of cyanocobalamin and 20 mg of Lidocaine hydrochloride.
Action:
A group of B Vitamins, involved in the transformation of carbohydrates, amino acids and proteins. Neurotropic B Vitamins have a positive effect on inflammation and degenerative diseases of the nerves and motor organs. They also exert analgesic, antiallergic and blood circulation support. The addition of lidocaine - a local anesthetic - relieves pain in intramuscular administration of the drug.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to any component of the preparation. Disorders of conduction in the myocardium. Heart failure. The product should not be used in newborns (in particular in premature babies) due to the content of benzyl alcohol.
Precautions:
Especially cautiously use in children ≤ 3 years of age, due to the possibility of causing anaphylactic and toxic reactions by the benzyl alcohol contained in the preparation.
Pregnancy and lactation:
Do not use during pregnancy and breast-feeding.
Side effects:
Rare: hypersensitivity reactions in a mild form (eg rash) and severe (respiratory failure, anaphylactic shock, angioneurotic edema). In individual cases: profuse sweating, tachycardia, acne, pruritus, urticaria. Intravenous administration of the drug causes dizziness, vomiting, bradycardia, arrhythmia, dizziness and muscle spasms.
Dosage:
Intramuscularly (deeply): in severe conditions - 2 ml daily; in chronic or milder conditions - 2 ml 2-3 times a week.
