Action:
A group of water-soluble vitamins from group B, involved in metabolic processes. They participate in processes taking place in the organism at the cellular level, including in tissue respiration and changes of mediators o.u.n. Thiamine (vit B1) is involved in the transformation of carbohydrates, its deficiency can lead to beriberi disease, polyneuritis, heart failure and intestinal atony; after oral administration, it is absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract and is distributed in the body - in the brain, liver, kidneys and muscle tissue, it partially penetrates into human milk. Riboflavin (vitamin B)2): its active forms are cofactors of respiratory enzymes, they are hydrogen transporters; she is also present in the retina and participates in the process of twilight vision. Pyridoxine (vit B6) is involved in the transformation of anaphic acids and GABA biosynthesis. Deficiency is manifested by irritability, hyperactivity, seborrheic dermatitis, and damage to the corners of the mouth. Nicotinamide (vitamin PP) is a coenzyme of hydrogen-carrying dehydrogenases in tissue respiration. Nicotinamide deficiency causes pelagra, which is characterized by inflammation of the skin and mucous membranes of the gastrointestinal tract, mouth and tongue; these symptoms are also accompanied by anorexia, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and porphyrinuria. You may also get insomnia, headaches, memory problems. Calcium pantothein - is a component of Coenzyme A; participates in the metabolism of sugars, neoglycogenesis, synthesis and metabolism of fatty acids, synthesis of porphyrins, sterols and steroid hormones. All active substances are soluble in water, are absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract and do not accumulate in the body, and their excess is excreted in the urine.
